The character of our cuisine follows the ancestral technique of using firewood, fire, charcoal and the scented trace of the smoke, combined with the world-class ingredients provided by the land and sea around us in a gentle process of minimal intervention.

Menu

We serve exclusively our Tasting Menu showcasing the best local seafood and meats.

 

Due to the nature of our restaurant, we do not cater for vegetarian and/or seafood allergy. We are able to adjust our menu to other allergies such as gluten or lactose intolerance. Please do let us know upon booking.

As we rely on market availability, our menu changes regularly. The price of our menu is AU$129 per person for food only and we offer a beverage pairing crafted daily.

Dinner Only

We only offer dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday. Meals begin at 18:30 from November to April and 17:30 from June to October.

Large Bookings

We accept reservations for groups of up to 6 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly.

"What an amazing dining experience! We walked in not expecting too much but walked out very contented. A complete feast! Every course was perfectly done. Seafood dishes were very fresh and full of flavors. Love the charcoal grilled marron and kingfish wing. Restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot overlooking the bay. We enjoyed our dinner while watching the moon rising. Dhea and Nicholas were fantastic host. The wife and husband team certainly welcomed us very warmly. So does their dog Lloyd, we had so much fun with him! Having been to the island a few times, I would say this is the best restaurant on the island and not to be missed!"
